Agreeing to these terms

By using Stikr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Stikr. Stikr is an independent app and is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta or Google.

What Stikr does

Stikr turns a video you choose into animated stickers you can add to WhatsApp. The Android app is needed for the final Add to WhatsApp step, because WhatsApp only lets apps add sticker packs.

Your content and your rights

You keep all rights to the videos and images you use with Stikr. You give us permission to process them only to make your stickers, and to store the stickers so you can use them. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for anything else.

You must only upload content you have the right to use. Do not use Stikr to:

• upload other people’s private or copyrighted material without permission;
• create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexual;
• make stickers of another person without their consent;
• break any law, or attempt to disrupt or overload Stikr.

Acceptable use

Stikr is offered for personal use. Please do not use bots or scripts to hammer the service, and respect the daily limits built into the app. We may refuse or remove content and limit access when use breaks these terms.

Accounts and data

You do not need an account to use Stikr. Each device gets a private account so your Stikrs are yours alone. Signing in with Google is optional and keeps the packs you save across your own phones. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

Stikr is provided as is. It relies on outside services and free tiers, so it may be slow, limited or briefly unavailable, and results may vary. We try hard to make good stickers every time, but we cannot promise a particular result.

Limits we set

To keep Stikr fast and fair for everyone, we cap video size, video length and how many jobs you can run in a day. Those limits may change as the service grows.

Ending use

You can stop using Stikr at any time. Settings has a Delete all my data button that removes your content. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Stikr changes. If the change is meaningful, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Stikr means you accept the new terms.
